My mum goes to Ozlem for her hair, and she absolutely loves the service she receives every time. Ozlem consistently gets the colour exactly right - in fact, even better than what my mum had in mind! She really listens and understands what suits her, and the results are always beautiful and natural. On top of that, her prices are very reasonable, which makes the whole experience even better. My mum always leaves feeling happy and confident. Highly recommend!

I 100% recommend coming here!! It was my first time coming to this salon, and I will definitely be returning. I was unsure of how I wanted my hair, as I wanted something that would suit my skin tone. She took her time with me, explained what she was doing, clarified things on the way. I was fully in the loop. She was patient with me, as I was indecisive on the colour. I’ve never been so confident within myself. She did an amazing job, I recommend her to everyone!! So happy with my results

I visited Melbourne last month, my sister happened to take my appointment with Ozlem the very next day. At first I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. But within a few hrs the hair color correction and transformation she gave me was stunning. Just amazing, after three weeks decided to go for the keratin treatment and that just enhanced the colour and my hair is feeling much healthier, lesser hair fall too. Ozlem Hair & Beauty is second to none! I tried many hairdressers but never delivered good results My friend has recommended Ozlem and she has delivered excellent results , the best hairdresser! She has a great eye for color and skill with scissors ✂️. This is my 2nd visit and she has consistently given me an incredible haircut and hair color that I love. Her attention to detail is unmatched. It's a long drive from Brunswick but it's 💯 absolutely worth it. I always leave the salon feeling fantastic. I highly recommended Ozlem Hair & Beauty, it's worth a try and you wont regret it! 😃 😊
